学历要求：本科及以上 工作地点：南京 岗位职责： 1.参与IC芯片的设计，提取、整理和分析电路IP单元； 任职要求： 1.本科以上学历应届生。 2.专业：微电子学、集成电路与系统，电子科学与技术、电子信息工程等相关专业。
2.掌握高压BCD工艺制程和器件电学特性，使用EDA软件仿真和验证电路IP单元；优化电路IP的性能；
3.协助版图工程师进行版图优化工作。
